IN-PERSON PURCHASES

Returns accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Customers are encouraged to try on items on the date of purchase and notify us of any fit/style issues.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Exchanges allowed for equal or lesser value items; difference refunded via original payment method.

Final Sale items (e.g., clearance, perishable goods, custom items) are non-returnable.
ONLINE PURCHASES

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Try-Ons
Given that we do not have a physical store location, try-ons are not possible. The clothing items are true to size. We encourage customers to reach out to us with any inquires on sizing of specific items.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Personal Delivery (GTA)
$25 fee is applicable.
Add your items to the cart and select the personal delivery option on checkout. We will then confirm a date/time for personal delivery.
Via Lyft/Uber
Cost based on third party ride app (customer responsible for cost of car). You can have us order the Lyft/Uber for you or you can reserve one yourself to pick-up.
Shipping
Order through the website (www.baddiemall.com).
Please ensure that payment has gone through before sending for parcel delivery.
RESTOCK REQUESTS
We are happy to restock any items upon request. The customer requesting must pre-order the item and payment has to be made in full in order to fulfil your restock request.
